    Orders placed on business days before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day, provided all products are in stock. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

      Standard shipping costs are €3.99, and orders over €70 qualify for free shipping.
    • Delivery within the EU:
      Shipping costs start at €10, and orders over €99 qualify for free shipping.

  3. Shipping from Germany
    All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

  4. Delivery Time

    • Deliveries within Germany: 1-3 business days.
    • Deliveries within the EU: 3-7 business days.

  5. Free Shipping

    • Within Germany: Free shipping for orders over €70.
    • Within the EU: Free shipping for orders over €99.

  6. Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to monitor the delivery status on the carrier's website.
